		<description><![CDATA[If they&#039;re selling tickets, give them a big salary.  College sports is a business.  Sure, the teams are tied to a university, but they clearly have no actual relationship other than a shared name.  

UVa gave its head basketball coach $2.1 million to quit &amp; then hired a new guy at a much higher salary.  Why?  To sell more tickets!
